Ultraseam ® 20

Ultraseam ® 20 seam welder used the latest ultrasonic technology to keep its products always has a high standard of quality, performance and effect. Product per minute can continuous welding aluminum foil and copper foil for 22 meters, low operation cost, environmental protection and high efficiency. Welding head and mould can realize welding more than 1 million metres. Ultraseam ® 20 consists of two modules: power control system and welding head. Power control system including a 3 kw, 20 KHZ generator and a dc motor speed regulator. Amplitude can be adjusted to meet can in some of the material, thickness and welding operating speed range. The welding head very hard, and play an important part of tapered roller bearing. Dc motor speed regulator provide variable two-way speed control. The cylinder and the pressure regulator can be simple to adjust the welding stress.
